Your tasks
- Bearbeitung von Anfragen im Customer Service per E-Mail, Telefon und Chat
- Produktberatung und –verkauf via Telefon/ Mail / Chat sowie Bestellannahme bzw. –anlage
- Rasche und sorgfältige Bearbeitung von Kund:innenbestellungen
- Bearbeitung unterschiedlicher Tagesaufgaben
Our requirements
- Gute Sprachkenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch, jede weitere Sprache von Vorteil
- Rasche Auffassungsgabe
- Sorgfältiges und genaues Arbeiten
- Belastbarkeit und Bereitschaft zu Überstunden in Stoßzeiten
- Bereitschaft zu Abend- und Wochenenddiensten
- Positives und freundliches Auftreten gegenüber Kund:innen
- Produktkenntnisse in Snowboard, Freeski, Surf und Skate wünschenswert – KEIN MUSS!

- The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €2,392.64 gross per month based on 40 hours per week. The actual salary will, of course, be based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
