Deine Aufgaben

• You lead and develop Store Managers and retail teams, actively fostering and living our cultural values while driving strong staffing, development, and communication.
• You drive sales and performance by owning sales KPIs, translating data into actionable insights, increasing productivity and store readiness, and influencing key commercial levers to maximize profitability across all stores in your region.
• You ensure operational excellence by regularly visiting stores, supporting shop operations, upholding brand standards, overseeing budgeting, cost control, compliance, and reporting, and gathering product and market insights to identify trends.
• You take an active role in shaping the future of Retail at Blue Tomato by supporting performance management and leadership training initiatives, participating in strategic projects and store openings or closings, and influencing long-term regional development and retail strategies.

Unsere Anforderungen

• You bring several years of retail leadership experience, a strong understanding of KPIs, store operations, visual merchandising, and customer behavior, and the analytical skills to turn data into actionable decisions. Additionally, you have an excellent command of English.
• You have excellent communication and feedback skills, a coaching mindset with a passion for people development, and the confidence to guide and coach Store Managers and diverse teams.
• You are an organized and proactive retail professional with an entrepreneurial mindset, known for adaptability, resilience, and consistently driving sales growth through performance-focused execution.

Wir bieten dir

The position can be filled in any of the nine countries in which we operate. The position is remote, however, you are required to travel for shop visits and other purposes. Note for Austria: If the position is filled in Austria, the minimum gross monthly salary according to the applicable collective agreement is 3345,33€ for a 40-hour work week and full fulfillment of the job profile.
