Your tasks
- Supervision and responsibility for the assigned product ranges
- Assortment design and optimization across all sales channels
- Adherence to the budgets for the assigned product ranges
- Selecting products for the stores and optimizing store assortment in collaboration with other departments
- Ongoing communication and coordination of trends and sales with other departments
- Supplier management and term negotiations
- Optimization of product rotation
- Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships
- Development of private label brands
Our requirements
- Completed commercial training
- At least 2-3 years of professional experience in buying
- Sense for trends
- Team and communication skills as well as the ability to deal with criticism and conflict
- Good written and spoken English
- Negotiating skills and independence
- Analytical and critical thinking
- Flexibility and willingness to learn
- Confident handling of MS Office

The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is € 2.795,74 gross per month for full-time employment. The actual compensation will, of course, reflect your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
