Your tasks

Supervision and responsibility for the assigned product ranges
Assortment design and optimization across all sales channels
Adherence to the budgets for the assigned product ranges
Selecting products for the stores and optimizing store assortment in collaboration with other departments
Ongoing communication and coordination of trends and sales with other departments
Supplier management and term negotiations
Optimization of product rotation
Establishing and maintaining supplier relationships
Development of private label brands

Our requirements

Completed commercial training
At least 2-3 years of professional experience in buying
Sense for trends
Team and communication skills as well as the ability to deal with criticism and conflict
Good written and spoken English
Negotiating skills and independence
Analytical and critical thinking
Flexibility and willingness to learn
Confident handling of MS Office

We offer you

The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is € 2.795,74 gross per month for full-time employment. The actual compensation will, of course, reflect your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
