Your tasks
- Handling customer queries via e-mail, telephone and chat
- Giving advice on/selling products via telephone/ email/ chat, taking and tracking orders
- Quick and precise handling of customer orders
- Taking on a variety of daily tasks
Our requirements
- Good language skills in German and English, any additional language is a bonus
- Quick comprehension
- Careful and accurate working
- Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work overtime during busy periods
- Willingness to work evenings and weekends
- Positive and friendly demeanor towards customers
- Product knowledge in snowboard, freeski, surf and skate desirable - NOT A MUST!
