Your tasks

• Utilize your sales expertise to help you and your team create a customer-centric atmosphere and deliver excellent service on the shop floor
• Ensure appealing visual merchandising with a focus on brand-aligned product presentation
• Ensure smooth processes in product handling and create strategic product placement
• Maintain a clean, well-organized, and welcoming sales floor environment
• Guide and motivate employees in day-to-day operations while fostering an engaged, customer-oriented team culture
• Take on administrative tasks and support internal trainings to enhance operational processes and contribute to the team’s development

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in retail is an advantage
• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in streetwear, footwear, sporting goods, or accessories
• Strong sales orientation combined with the ability to quickly identify customer needs and respond to them individually
• Openness to new ideas and a desire for continuous development and improvement of the work environment
• Strong team and communication skills, along with the ability to handle criticism and resolve conflicts
• Ability to work independently with a solution-oriented mindset
• Excellent command of the local language and English, both written and spoken
• High level of self-motivation, resilience, flexibility, and reliability
• Interest in our core sports, current scene trends, and product knowledge is an advantage
