Inventory Management Coordinator (m/w/d)

Your tasks

• Control and distribution of new products, taking into account assortment strategies and store capacities
• Analysis of sales figures and KPIs using our internal tools to strategically optimize product ranges
• Monitoring and management of inventory and merchandise flows – with the goal of maximizing availability and efficiency
• Collaboration with our stores to tailor the product range individually and performance-oriented
• Supporting store marketing activities through proactive inventory planning

Our requirements

• Completed commercial education
• Min. 2 years work experience in Buying, Merchandise Management or Retail is an advantage
• Good written and spoken English skills
• Confident use of Excel and strong understanding of numbers, data, and key performance indicators
• Passion for action sports, streetwear, or fashion – you understand our target group and our products
• Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Willingness to travel (approx. 10%)

• The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is €2.567,18 gross per month for a 40-hour work week, based on full fulfillment of the job profile. The actual compensation will, of course, be based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
