Your tasks

Independent oversight of supplier management including invoice verification and processing of freight documents
Maintenance and management of our ERP system: ongoing creation and processing of data
Import, updating, and optimization of manufacturer and product data processes
Ensuring and maintaining quality standards through various controls
Ensuring a smooth warehouse connection process
Coordination of import shipments and ongoing communication with our suppliers

Our requirements

Completed commercial education
Min. 2 years work experience in Product Data or Data Structures is an advantage
Confident handling of MS Office
Strong communication skills and team orientation
Analytical thinking and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
Good command of written and spoken English
Independent, precise, and structured way of working
Flexibility and willingness to learn

We offer you

The minimum salary according to the applicable collective agreement is 2.567,18 gross per month for a 40-hour work week, based on full fulfillment of the job profile. The actual compensation will, of course, be based on your individual qualifications and relevant professional experience.
