Your tasks

• Recruitment, leadership and development of your team members, including regular individual training sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge and process know-how
• Initiation and implementation of measures to increase sales while ensuring a seamless omnichannel customer experience
• Responsibility for the promotional and appealing presentation of merchandise in compliance with merchandising standards
• Ensuring smooth operations related to inventory management and shop presentation, as well as careful handling of goods and execution of the annual inventory
• Organization and execution of administrative tasks, such as task delegation within the team, cash management, processing work orders and timely submission of reports
• Ensuring safety and compliance standards, including theft prevention and adherence to applicable labor laws regarding working hours
• Coordination of maintenance tasks and ensuring a functional and attractive work environment in collaboration with the Regional Manager

Our requirements

• Completed commercial training and/or equivalent experience in sales
• Several years of work experience in selling streetwear, shoes, sports equipment, or accessories
• Extensive experience in leading and developing teams
• Trainer certification is an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office and Excel
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Enthusiasm for teamwork and a high level of communication and conflict resolution skills
• Strong planning and organizational abilities
• High degree of self-responsibility and a solution-oriented approach to work
• Strong self-motivation, resilience, flexibility and reliability
• Interest in our core sports and current scene trends
