HR Operations & Recruitment
Our Human Resources team in the area of HR Operations and Recruitment accompanies our expansion, taking into account all country-specific characteristics. They are responsible for ensuring high standards in employment contracts, labour laws, remuneration and onboarding. The team also supports all other departments in finding the right candidates for open positions - for this purpose, they conduct Europe-wide apprenticeship and employer branding campaigns.
People and organisational development
Knowledge transfer, employee development based on individual training plans and career planning are the focus of our PE/OE team. Recognition events, knowledge days, culture breakfasts, onboarding days - these are just a few of the great initiatives the team puts together.
